Summer Camp Enrollment Is Open!

We use Myprocare.com for all enrollment purposes. Please note the link below will send you to Myprocare.com where you will create an account and sign up for Summer Camp at either the Rochester Hills (RH) or Crystal Lake (CL) campus. You will be able to choose Summer Camp sessions and program lengths at either campus from the lists provided on the re-registrations page.

Tuition Rates & Schedule Options

Tuition varies based on the schedule you choose.

- Half Day: 9am - 12pm (Infant - 5yrs old)

- Full Day: 9am - 3pm

- Extended Day: 8am - 5pm

Full week, M-F or 3 Days, M/T/W

How to Participate?

Enroll in Summer Camp Session(s) (required)
Apply to our Work n’ Play program (optional, if interested)

(Applications will be given in person. Parental approval is required)

WORK (9am - Noon) and PLAY (12:30pm - 3pm)
“EARN” money while you work at summer camp!

(% of parents camp reg. fees are earned back as compensation)

TIPS & TRICKS FOR ENROLLMENT

Click the blue “Enroll at Both Campuses Here”
Create your account using the email you wish to receive all communications with.
The system will prompt you to log back in using the new credentials created
Choose The Montessori School Summer Camp
The main page will pop up, and you should see all students associated with your account, the account balance with a “Pay Now” button for a one-time payment, and an “Alerts” section

If you are missing students on this page, please email summer@themsr.net to update the account

6. Under “Alerts”, go to “Registrations are available” and click the blue “View” button

7. In the “Re-Registration” section, look to see if there are open registrations, if so, click the blue “Begin Re-Registration” button

8. Choose the student to start the registration for and click the blue “Select Programs” button

9. Use the filter function at the top right of the programs list to narrow selections and apply

Filter by age using the slide scale. All ages are in years.
Filter by day. Select “Th” to see all 5 day programs

10. All programs are listed by campus, program length, and days/week. Confirm the session in the descriptions. Click on the programs for more information.

Session 2 programs are listed further down the page.

11. Choose all programs and sessions your student will attend and click the green “Register” button, your selection will be red

12. Click the “Review Child Information” button at the bottom and answer all questions before clicking the blue “Continue” button to add an additional student/camper

Relationships: Click the green button to add Emergency Contacts and Authorized Pick-ups

13. Repeat the process and click the blue “Continue” button to view your registrations and make edits before clicking the blue “Continue” button to complete the final registration questions and pay your camp deposit.

This payment type is a one-time payment type, and does not replace the payment type used for tuition billing

14. Print your responses once the confirmation page has loaded, or view responses in your email.

You do not need to sign the form and return it

15. View registration history by clicking the hamburger menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Select “Registrations” to view enrollment history and status. Please allow 24 business hours for statuses to update in the system.
